Managerial Support
The success of a project often lies in its implementation. Creating an effective plan is only part of the effort; recognizing the importance of providing ongoing support for managers during implementation rounds out the process. In some cases, periodic reviews to ensure that implementation efforts are consistent with the overall plan recommendations will suffice. Other situations may require support in preparing detailed tactical plans, project management and direct assistance in completing key tasks or even the overall execution of the project.
S&A has worked with clients throughout the project cycle, from planning to implementation, as needed, to ensure a project’s success. S&A is often asked to provide support by working with key client managers to follow through on the implementation of critical tasks of projects – projects as basic as leading working sessions or as complex as starting new business ventures.
